Weird braking

[Audi Quattro]

After recently changing my Brake MC, "bomb", brake sensor on the booster, and pressure bleeding system, my brakes are acting weird. 

I physically have to step on the pedal twice for them to grab. 

If I press on them once it doesn't really feel like its doing much, but when I push on them the second time, they really brake. Any thoughts?
