O2 splice

Guys-
My car has been running rich and I have a new generic O2 sitting in the
garage - figure I'll swap it in and see what happens.

Is there a proper/preferred way to splice the 3 wires?  will plain old butt
connnectors (with shrink wrap) suffice?
