Intermitent Problems, Blau Euro Light Harness

Has anybody else experienced problems with their lights upon installing Euro 
Lights running through the Blaufergnugen, relayed harness?  They've been 
fine for the last 4-5 years or so, but recently I've had a couple of 
incidents where my low beams will not work.  High beams and the internal H1 
will work, but not the low beams (luckily I don't have the higher wattage 
bulbs).

Originally thought it was a problem with the relays, so tried changing the 
relays around.  Not only did I not see any corrosion on the relays, but the 
problem still happened after I made the change in the same way as before.  
My next thought is it's a problem with the connection between the factory 
and blau wiring harnesses, but every time I try to get in and troubleshoot, 
by the time I can make some time to check it out, the problem has gone away.

Any other similar experiences and/or ideas?
