Steerig column mount loose

If you can't get it to stay tight, which I couldn't, but I didn't think of
trying a clamp. But what I did do was to pull it tight by hand, then drill
a small hole across the taper and inserted a pin (nail). I then also put
some epoxy on the ends of the tapered joint.
