Who sells the multi-malfunction temp switches?

So I think I narrowed most of my autocheck annoyances to the
mulit-malfunction temp switch, and want to replace it. UNfortunately its
not listed at any of the vendors I use. Any suggestions?
 
Also, I think there was some talk in the past about switching to a three
connector unit rather than the 4 connecter one I currently have. This
would obviously involve chaniging the plug. Has anyone done this yet?
any benefits?
