flexible brake lines

If your car has lived in the desert, about 15 minutes per wheel R&R and 3 
minutes per wheel to bleed.
If your car lived in the Northeast about 45 minutes per wheel and 3 minutes 
per to bleed(unless your bleeders are also seized)

>I have a '91 Audi200q20v, 68k miles. The flexible
brake line sections to all the wheels have frayed and
torn rubber coverings.  What would be the expected
amount of time it would take to remove and replace
these lines and bleed the brake system?
