Your assumption is true, Scott.

Further research shows that Audi offers no rebuild kit for this rack, nor
does ZF.  ZF has the kits and/or parts therefrom exclusively for their
internal rack rebuild business, not even for resale to
independent rebuilders.   Thus, this 200Q-20V rack is only available rebuilt
by ZF!

The only part of interest (to me, because it is the only failure mode of
this rack) in such a kit is the high pressure rod seal, the design of which
is no better than that of the old 5K seal, just mechanically different.  So,
I'm forced to design my own, to redesign the old one.  Will do, and be back
on the road soon.

I assume this 443 498 020B kit from Lemforder, is the older  5K kit? and not
the one you need?

If your X reference shows the same rack rebuild kit for this and the 5K, not
right.  Please dig deeper.
