A/C Blower and temperature

Is the recirculation door functional (look up behind the glovebox with a
flashlight)?  If the door doesn't open, the system is constantly trying to
cool outside hot air instead of recooling air from the cabin.  If the
blower doesn't produce a heightened stream of air when on "hi", you may
have a blower motor failing.
