I agree with the list reply.
NO WAY THE scratch is beyond the dealers' control to fix it.
Doubtfull the factory did it, but then again if it was the dealer PREP fee
should include them fixing it right?
Or I'd get another car if the scratch is deep enough to rust over NY state
winters.........
Have them fix it. You paid dearly for the car. Expect perfection. IMHO.
