Fuel pump Question

My "new style" slim pump is buzzing again. It started buzzing and coughing
and quitting about six months after I'd installed it when I apparently got
a load of bad gas on a trip out east. Steve Bednarski supplied some
drygass and Sta-Bil and Marvel Mystery Oil and got the pump running
smoothly again. It got quiet as new for quite a while. Now (30K or so
later) it's whining again.
