2324 mass air flow sensor or something else.

I do stupid things, the most recent may have been with
my 20020v.

Car has been experiencing a slight hesitation. I was
planning on doing the vacuum hoses this weekend but
decided to tackle the bouncy speedo first.

Removed the IC to check for a crack or cold solder
joints. Built up the pins with solder as found on the
net.

While the IC was out of the car, my kids were playing
in the driveway so I started it up and moved the car.
Noticed the hesitation was real bad and it stalled a
few times. hmm, car doesn't like to be started without
the instrument cluster attached.

reattach the IC next morning and start her up. check
engine light and limp home mode when I took it for a
drive... activate the MIL and the only code I'm
getting is: 2324 mass airflow sensor

pull fuse for 5 seconds to reset the ECU and start her
up.... check engine light comes back. doh!

I think I f*cked something up.
