Light Switch Harness

Gang,

I bought a new harness for the wiring cluster on the steering column where 
the lights plug in.  Hopes are that replacing this and the wires running 
to/from the low/high beam switch will cure my intermitent low beam loss.

Last time I dug in there, I remember trying to push pretty hard to try and 
get the harness off, but that it wouldn't budge.  Anybody with hints on 
this?  I don't think there's any tabs I need to release to remove the 
harness, are there?
