Throttle Cable end

A couple of points with this topic. Javad's 034 Motorsport is
reportedly developing an adapter to bolt on a VR6 throttle body onto a
20vt intake manifold. Also, the same folks have released a bored out
version of the 3B throttle body, as a trade-in type situation. There
is a larger throttle plate fitted into the enlarged bored, and the
part-throttle wedge feature is omitted. Perhaps since they are
trading cores around and doing work on throttle bodies, they can be
approached to develop an aftermarket solution to the broken throttle
pulley. Many or most of the products offered by those guys fill a
niche, and 20vt stuff is a big focus for them. They could machine it
out of aluminum or delrin or something. Maybe a D feature would need
to be cut into the shaft, and the new pulley pressed on (maybe pinned,
etc.).
My throttle body is okay the last I checked, so I'm not rushing to
inquire about this, but that's some info perhaps for someone who might
be interesting is pursuing it.
Cheers,
Ken
