Battery draw/drain question

I have found the easiest thing to do is just disconnect the negative
lead to the battery. I stashed a car in the parking garage where I
work all winter and had a screwdriver and a 10mm wrench under the
floor mat. I even left the seat anchor screws out for the duration.
As long as the battery is already healthy, this should do the trick
and leaves nothing to the imagination in terms of worrying about
anything.
