Battery draw/drain question

Any car battery will go flat if you let it sit long enough...I got a trickle
charger/maintainer at Wal-Mart for about $20 from Schumacher, might be model
SE1562A. I leave it hooked up to my 200 in the garage since it doesn't get
driven that often.
