axle problem

Hi,
When I have my 91 200 TQ 20V with 113K miles on the highway I am having a 
bit of a problem. I'm getting a vibration in my steering wheel over 50 mph 
that goes almost away over 70. I also get a clunking type of noise when 
turning slightly to the left, like a lane change, under acceleration. Is 
this an inner cv joint? Any other way to check? Is there a source for an 
axle? Do I have to change the cv joint alone?
