I have been mixing the two for years with no problems, haven't even
blown that stupid hi pressure rack hose in a few years, probably just
jinxed myself......anyway I would recommend rebuilding the pump, the
procedure is pretty easy, and the rebuild kit is super cheap.....or you
could pull a bernie and source all the o rings at some hardware store
and save a few more bucks.......i could have sworn Bernie even said he
uses tractor hydraulic fluid in the system avoiding the green gold
controversy all together
