I just dealt with this my self.Yes, the entire sun roof must be removed to get the decorative cover (the one with the fabric on it) out. Removing the sunroof is actually not that difficult - just several screws for the most part - a Bentley helps locate which screws are the important ones though! Then I brushed the backside of the fabric to remove the foam that remained.I used spray adhesive, and the process of getting the fabric lined up properly was a real PITA - but I was doing the entire cover, not just the flap.WARNING!! Unfortunately, after getting it all back together and working properly, the first warm sunny day - it all came loose again! So, make sure the adhesive you use is suitable!!good luck> From: neil.vonhof at comcast.net> To: 200q20v at audifans.com> Subject: Sagging fabric/headliner > Date: Tue, 17 Jul 2007 14:38:22 -0700> > When opening the sun/moon roof on our cars there are two ways.
