Brandon,
Have you pulled back the rubber boot on the IAT and had a look? It's
supposed to be a "welded" connection, but sometimes you'll find a
soldered DIY job--perhaps with a stray strand of ground(ed) wire
causing the problem. The Bentley gives a test value for the IAT
resistance, but naturally this requires measuring it when
disconnected from the harness-- hence not so simple to do.
