IAT sensor

I have pulled back the boot - saw nothing suspicious.

I think I'm going to test continuity at the harness plug - once I figure
out which pins to test....

PS saw your post about the cam - crazy weird! You should be able to dig
up a cam from somebody who replaced theirs with 7A....

Brandon,
Have you pulled back the rubber boot on the IAT and had a look? It's
supposed to be a "welded" connection, but sometimes you'll find a
soldered DIY job--perhaps with a stray strand of ground(ed) wire
causing the problem. The Bentley gives a test value for the IAT
resistance, but naturally this requires measuring it when
disconnected from the harness-- hence not so simple to do.
