Bought my first audi - 200q20v!

The cam belt is the timing belt.  You should be good to go.

In re: tires, I'd say stick with the wheels you have and get tires.  I think
they complement the car better than the S4 wheels do.  I picked up a set
locally for cheap cheap cheap and really like them on my silver Avant.
