favorite - strut/shock/spring combo?

let me expand a bit - I've had 3 different 200's. One I drove stock springs and tire size for about 100k mi then put on Bilsteins and went to 225/60/15 on stock rims. The 2nd I had 225/50/16 with stock springs and Bilsteins The 3rd had eibach/bilstein and the same 225/50/16. I prefered the last combination. 1st and 2nd non chipped but with the WG spring from an 85 turbo(faster ramp up) - the last one with a hoppen chip and the 85 turbo WG spring. Wife said the non chipped with the 85 spring had better off the line than hoppen chip w/o the spring.

I've driven stock, stock with Bilstein, and Eibach/Bilstein - even on Montana's gravel roads, I prefered the Eibach combo

i'm confused - why are you displeased?

i did listen to you - i'm no longer looking at konis and H&R springs - which would make the car overly aggressive (as my SHO was). i'm researching used 1992 URS4 springs or V8 springs. the reason i mention bilsteins sports - is because they are much cheaper than konis. boge are the same price virtually as bilsteins - and are close to stock in dampening, no?

i believe you are saying that even with URS4 springs, the bilsteins have too much rebound unless i go with a much more aggressive spring, like H&R or Eibach? and then the car would ride like a rickshaw?
