eh, I'd be up for buying a used blaupunkt if it's easier. the clarion, although i did drop some decent coin on it 5 years ago, is not my favorite. sounds sort of harsh with all it;s DSP processing crap. and the CD player makes a chirping sound every once in while.
I'll check out what blau's are available on craigslist and eBay.
there's so many other things i gotta spend on the car, the stereo will probably take the back burner for now.
the guts of it are fine. hauls ass, stops like a mofo, body is straight. unfortunately UPS lost my koni/H&R package from force5. so, i think I'll put it in the garage for now. floating around with 280HP is not the driving experience i was looking for ;-)
with that said, when i went to pick the car of from the dealership where it got the Bose recall done, it's so much nicer IMHO than any of the A4's i was sitting in. the 200q20v is just a class ride.
