I am really tired of this

I had some similar oddities after I replaced my breather hose. Car had 
NO power and took almost WOT to get it to 2000 RPM, after which I got 
all my power back and the car would lurch forward. The car also had a 
hunting idle, so bad that it would eventually stall itself if left for 
more than a minute or two.

I cleaned the ISV thoroughly, cleaned the electrical connections to the 
ISV and the TPS, readjusted all my hoses and re-tightened them. Not sure 
if any one worked or if all worked, but it fixed my problem. The ISV is 
easy to remove and clean, definitely wont hurt to try it. Might not be a 
bad idea to test these electrically as well?

Have you checked for any vacuum leaks per chance?

These are very easy to make, only cost me about 7 dollars and 20 minutes 
of time.

Don't know if any of this will help you, but all of it is cheap if not 
free and not time consuming at all. Never hurts to check the simple 
things before fooling around with expensive sensors.
