best replacement for muffler/exhaust

Hi,

My muffler is making major rattling noises and is rotten quite bad.
I would like to know what is the best replacement/upgrade avaialble out there for my 91 200 tqa (within budget).

Also, on which other Audis can I find a rear door window that will fit like the original one (tried one from a 100 sedan and there is a small gap in the top right corner...)
