leather repair?

Your best bet is to find a leather repair person.  Reportedly, they
can work magic, and Audi leather is relatively simple (unlike, say,
Volvo's Knordkap, which is both ridiculously fragile, and a funky
metallic color.)

Dealerships tend to work with someone, so ask around for
recommendations.  You might want to up-sell a bit "I'm restoring an
older Audi..."
