Does the V8 MC fit our cars? What does rebuilding mine entail?

Bernie advised to just take mine apart and clean it. I haven't done that yet. I assumed I needed a new one since I thought the piston inside would be bad, which is why it would stick. I didn't really see how a plain cleaning would fix that because when it sticks the car is BARELY driveable.

You assume that you need a kit, wrong! Just take the SOB apart and  
clean it up, BTDT.
