There is no idle adjust screw. Whatever you found, do not touch!
The only throttle adjustment is the throttle position sensor, and
there is a fairly specific adjustment procedure in the Bentley.
Idle is handled exclusively by the idle stabilization valve, which is
not adjustable (the ECU adapts to leaks.) If you're having trouble
with the idle, then clean the valve with throttle body cleaner (not
carb cleaner, NOT brake cleaner!) The vane should be slightly open
with the valve disconnected.
Idle and off-the-line throttle will also be helped by cleaning the
throttle - make sure to wipe down and spray every edge.
