what to do with a 200q20v...

i agree with Tony but don't know your situation. is there a place you can store it? with family? what exactly does the car need to be a solid daily driver again? how miles are on it?
unfortunately, these cars are virtually worthless. which is surprising to me. they used to fetch a sorta decent price 5-6 years ago. i mean other than a UR Quattro, what exactly constitutes a vintage audi these days? you'd think an ultra-rare and fricken fast old school looking audi sedan would be collectible, no?
i think a lot of it has to do with this miserable economy. the 200q20v is pretty much viewed as a pleasure vehicle these days. not a daily driver necessity. and no one is buying "toys" if they are worried about their job, mortgage, etc.
but yeah, i understand that it's frustrating. my car last dynoed 233HP and 260 ft. lbs torque to the wheels (about 280HP/310torque at the crank) with pretty much just a tuned 034 chip. that should be good enough for a late 13 second 1/4 pass. in luxo-barge comfort no less. YET, the car is worthless. i just don't get it!
see ya,
Robby

Brett, you will only have the first car you owned once, and if the car
means anything to you, find a way to keep it. At some point in time,
you will be glad you did.
you will regret selling it if it currently means anything to you. It
might be a while, maybe even ten or more years, but you will regret
it.
My sis talked about selling her "only car she will purchase new", a
1998 Mustang GT convertible, and she was quite serious. It sits
around, and needs a bunch of work, most notably the torque converter
seal which leaks about a quart a day in daily driving. But, about two
months ago, she started talking seriously about wanting to fix it by
the end of this soming summer. She was also very thankful to me that I
didn't let her sell it when she wanted to.
If you are serious about loving it and wanting to keep it, you will find a way.
