Dave, drill and tap the k26 housing. Or put the k24 back on not sure you'll like the k26 on the 3b motor it will have more lag than the k24.

Hi all,
I recently purchased a used 3B engine to replace my older one. After
installing the engine again, and connecting the vacuum hoses I
realized that the previous owner swapped turbos. I believe it is a K26
since it does not have a vacuum port on the housing upfront that goes
to the wastegate frequency valve. Now, not sure what to do I got
advice from a shop and recommended that I take the housing off and
drill and tap a port in the housing.
I still have the k24 that has a bit of play. I am not sure if the
housing are interchangeable, but could work. What other options do I
have, besides swapping the entire turbo. What about quick tap turbo
lines that go into the rubber hoses? Like this one?

Thanks,
