Questions about reinstalling head

Ok,

So I'm about to reinstall my freshly machined and lapped head and I had a few questions...

Do you guys use any additional sealants on the head gasket or just install it as is?

Are the head bolts ok to be reused if in good shape?

I have the bentley, but haven't looked into it yet, I assume the torquing pattern and values are listed?
