Questions about reinstalling head

I haven't seen any other answers so I'll throw in my .02.  Not other
sealants - just use a good metal HG.  Headbolts are stretch bolts which is
designed for one-time use - I have heard of people using them twice but
obviously can't recommend it...

Ok,

So I'm about to reinstall my freshly machined and lapped head and I had a
few questions...

Do you guys use any additional sealants on the head gasket or just install
it as is?

Are the head bolts ok to be reused if in good shape?

I have the bentley, but haven't looked into it yet, I assume the torquing
pattern and values are listed?
