no start 1991 TQ 20v frustrations continue

I did it by making a loop out of a piece of wire or fishing string.   Put 
the loop around the metal cap hold down strap and with the cap and the front  
(easy to reach) strap in place pull up on the loop an it should snap rite  
it.

turning,  but getting the 2 metal clips back into position proved too much 
for  me.  Do you need to remove the intake manifold to see what you are  
doing, or is it all by blind touch?
