Euro high beam won't work

 I installed my Euro headlights today. City lights work, low beam work, but, when I turn the high beam on it turns the low beam off and the high don't come on. The bulbs, both the h4's and h3's are good, I ohmed them out. I replaced the high beam relay, which I installed a couple years ago and it worked with the DOT lights yesterday, with another new relay and it didn't help. I'll check the Euros wiring tomorrow and go over my wiring.

Guess I'm just venting a bit, expected this to be easy, but has anyone had a comparable issue and/or an idea?
