Euro high beam won't work

I've had several issues when installing euro's. The first set we
installed (single bulb H4's, VW Fox) were brighter on low beam, but
that's when the high beam indicator was lit. Turned out to be two
crossed wires, don't recall which.

On my car, I had high beams, but no low beams. The low beam feed to
the relay wasn't crimped in very well, so I fixed that and all was
good. Now I crimp/solder/heat shrink everything.
