Brake Bleeding

Any tricks to pressure bleeding the brakes on the 1991 200 20V?  I have the
homemade cap for the master cylinder with a tire valve stem glued in.  When
I try to put pressure on the master cylinder reservoir, it won't build up
pressure.  Is it escaping somewhere that I don't know about, or have I not
thought of something?
Also, does anyone have a good used set of UFO front rotors?
