Hanging hose

It's plastic (why I thought it was a vac line), and I think the thingy 
at the end is a holder that has a little pin to go into a hole so the 
tube stays put somewhere.  There is a vacuum line in the rear hatch 
latch, but that is still intact as the lock locks and unlocks with the 
key in the front doors.
