Vacuum line

Mornin all,
  I'm in the middle of changing out my after run pump and came across a loose vacuum line or a breather hose of some sort.
  I found it lying under the hose which connects the after run pump to the coolant manifold. 
  The line rises up behind the hydraulic reservoir and then joins a t-connector. From here, one line goes into the firewall and the other goes under the coolant reservoir and I lose it as it seems to pass into the fender. Any ideas? tia
