You are correct.

I have an extensive library of sales and training literature for this entire
period of Audi models. I consulted my 1991 100/200 "Engineering Fact Book",
which would make any enthusiast drool over the intimate minutiae inside. All
topics of substance related to the technology built into the car is
discussed. (Did you know that the rubber moldings at the bottom of the door
are designed to reduce wind resistance produced by gaps in the exterior
between panels?) This booklet is one of many I have along with all the
consumer sales literature from the 80's and 90's.

The 91 200 20V is listed as 3627 lbs while the Avant is shown as 3726...
Curiously similar numbers, yes? But that's what's printed.
