specs for 200Q 20V '3B' engine

I have had my Avant  on a calibrated scale giving 3799 Lbs
1725 Kg The registration papers tell 1550 Kg
Cooling compressor, automatic level at the back shocks
Hook

9.3:1 - 2 knocking sensors are in use. Best performance with Shell V-Power
99 octane here in Europe.

Chipset for 260 - 280 HP is the normal

Yeah, 3900 lbs sounds really high.  If the AW figure of 3351 is
correct for the 10v 200 (which seems plausible), what did they add to
the car besides the DOHC cylinder head to bump up the weight 500+ lbs?
 Is that figure from the original Audi literature, Geoff?  If so, I
wonder if they included a full tank of fuel and two passengers?

Also, 9.3:1 sounds awfully high for a turbo engine.  If that's the
case, off-boost torque must be really good for the 3B.

Not tryin' to pick a fight; just talkin'  :)
