That. All of my "leave me stranded" events in Bad Puppy were on a car
that had 200K miles on it when I bought it. Could I have avoided those
surprises? Maybe. But when you are fighting all the other gremlins,
you don't always set priorities right to catch the next part failure.
Buying a newer car with fewer miles and full maintenance history sure
would up your chances of a trouble-free ride.
