Getting a 91 200q20v ready for track

Hello fellow readers
I have a 91 that I want to set up for the track.  It is all stock with a some light body damage.  This one will join my 4000 on the track.
I am not a rookie but this is a new car for me.
Questions
1  Will A6 brakes fit? What is a good/easy upgrade?
2  Tricks to help it handle Sears Point, Thunderhill, Laguna?
3  I want 250-270 RELIABLE hp.  How?
