it's VERY easy to get 280HP out of these cards. just take it to 034, they will chip it and dyno tune it for a reliable 280+ crank HP. obviously, with a bigger turbo the sky is the limit with these cars. ben swann makes a cheap chip for the car, but if you want reliable. i'd say cut the guesswork and have 34 dyno tune it to avoid any potential A/F issues.
to make it a track beast, again talk to 034. "go-power" has never been an issue with the 200q20v, but making it competitive in the corners will require some suspensions and maybe bracing - you know... to catch those little M3s around the corkscrew. of course, with a bigger turbo, the 200q20v will run over many cars in the straights ;-)
as far as brakes, the UFOs with race pads are decent. do NOT put on G60's. they are not an upgrade - just cheaper to get rotors. i think the usual brake upgrade are Porsche big reds, right?
where are you located? i'm in oakland.
see ya,
Robby

Subject: Getting a 91 200q20v ready for track
Hello fellow readers
I have a 91 that I want to set up for the track. It is all stock with a some light body damage. This one will join my 4000 on the track.
I am not a rookie but this is a new car for me.
Questions
1 Will A6 brakes fit? What is a good/easy upgrade?
2 Tricks to help it handle Sears Point, Thunderhill, Laguna?
3 I want 250-270 RELIABLE hp. How?
I can offer great deals in the interior.
Thanks in advance for being kind.
Jim
