Removing rear window regulator assy. Help!

You have to drill out one of the pulley rivets, then the slider can be
removed from the guide rail. Tap the center of that rivet, screw it in with
a short 6mm bolt. This is how I take them apart when rebuilding them, I
have to replace the cable in nearly every one.
