Elongate the slots on the existing upper strut mounts + shave down the inside facing point so as to gain clearance to the chassis when adjusting more negative camber.
I have modified many 5000 / 100 / 200 upper strut mounts over the years with great success.
A few years ago a buddy of mine who is a master of metals with a forge, he cut about a half inch out of his lowered 200 20V wagons lower control arms & I was able to align it to spec. for him.
He mentioned the mod in a post in the registry for wagons (I don't believe wagons were referred to as Avants in 1991?)

Does anyone have a strut tower bar they want to sell. I saw somewhere a
set of part numbers basically off the shelf to build one but I figure
someone must have one on a wreck.
I have one for a 5000 series beautifully made from polished aluminum
that I would trade. The 5000 bar fits the shock towers on the 200 20V
but it is too tall to close the hood.
Anyway, I would like the kind of bar that has a jack screw in it so I
can slowly start loading the bar to move my car back to the land of
happy camber for the fronts. It isn't bad now but I don't see leaving
that way for tire wear reasons. If I can't move it that way I am going
to grind out slots in the sheet metal.
