[A4] removing tie-rod end

With heat and WAILING it eventually came out.  It is definitely a "self 
hold bolt", ie the head of the bolt is round except for one section that 
is flat.  Once in place the flat "side" blocks the bolt from turning.

Thanks to all.

Now I just have to separate the TRE from the TR.  Arrrggghhh!
