[A4] Central Flap Issues

Patient:  96 A4 Quattro
Symptom:  No defrost/feet heat coming out

Climate Control is showing 11.5 (Central flap static block) on the on
board diagnostics which means that no air is coming from the dash
board and floor vents.  I can see/hear motor move and then get stuck.
What is the procedure to free up a sticky flap?  No defrost+VT
winter=accident potential!
