[A4] Front Bumper's Valance and Under-engine Shroud on B5 1.8T q

I gather it is more for noise than impact protection. Keeps debris and such 
out of the engine bay too. Audi part is over $100 but go to VW and get the 
W8 pan for about $60. Direct fit and built a little stronger. Better venting 
too.
