[A4] seat heaters

	i've not had a ton of cars with heated seats, but in order of
speed to level off, slowest to fastest, they are:

	'87 volvo 240DL
	 2k A4 avant 1.8
	'06 A4 avant 2.0
	'02 benz G500 convertible

	the benz is a minute or two faster than the new avant.  it's less
adjustable, though.  two settings - nice and warm, and level two.  level
two cranks up super hot but then automatically downshifts to level one in
short order.
