	there's a great shop here in san francisco.  you buy a membership
(super cheap) and rent service bays for next to nothing.  if you're at a
loss at any point in a task, you can hire a mechanic.  it's the normal
mechanic's rate, but you get to pay in five minute increments.  they also
give auto repair classes.
